Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Not show any signs of wear, alteration, damage, perfume, makeup, or odors.

• Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as Final Sale.

• Gift cards and digital products.

• Items that have been altered or worn after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number.

• The item(s) you wish to return.

• The reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as StoeWa Couture London cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production or processing, and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

At StoeWa Couture London, every order is carefully prepared and processed before dispatch. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 10–21 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
